Linden Homes Northwest is to throw open the doors to Oldham home-owners on an exclusive house exchange initiative this weekend.

The  part exchange event will give house-hunters the chance to swap their existing home for a brand new, three or four bedroom semi-detached or detached Linden home at St Augustine’s in Oldham.

Linden Homes is offering to buy homes from customers looking to move into the high-quality, 54-home development.

On Saturday (March 24), they will be holding a special open day for local people to come and find out more. Families and individuals will get the chance to learn about the part exchange scheme, which removes marketing fees and estate agent costs and provides a guaranteed buyer, making selling your home quick and simple. 

Linden Homes has joined forces with Property Perspective, independent property valuation specialists, who will be on hand to make an appointment to value customers’ homes and will make sure they get the best possible price for their home.   

The process is simple and quick and prospective home-owners could have a deal agreed and a moving date set within weeks.

St Augustine’s is located in a sought-after part of Greater Manchester, just eight miles from the Peak District and within easy access of the city centre.

The homes are less than a mile from the Manchester Metrolink tram stop with easy access to an Ofsted rated ‘good’ primary school, shops and amenities.
