Car and driver flee after crashing into Oldham town centre church wall

This was the scene outside the United Reformed Church building on Union Street in Oldham town centre this morning (Sunday) after a car struck the wall of the building.
The driver and car - believed to be a Vauxhall - apparently fled after the collision.
Ruth Wollaston - the head of the church - reported that she came out of the church to all this damage.
The incident itself occurred last night.
Police attended and are now investigating as they bid to track down the driver.
Greater Manchester Police have been contacted for further details.
