Police officers are continuing to appeal for information following disorder at a football match in neighbouring Moston earlier this year.
The disorder occurred at around 5.15pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Broadhurst Park when FC United of Manchester played against Workington in a league fixture.
No serious injuries were sustained during the incident which took place in a bar following the game.
Following the initial enquiries, several people were identified and arrested.
Now, officers are seeking to identify four final people (above) in connection with their investigation, as it is believed they could help with the ongoing work.
PC Robert Smith of GMP’s Specialist Operations branch said: “Following our initial appeal, we were able to identify several people and I thank those who got in touch to assist.
“We would like to identify the remaining four people from that appeal and I would ask them to come forward if they recognize themselves, as they may have information crucial to the investigation.
“Likewise, if you can help identify any of the people in the images, please get in touch with us.
"We are committed to keeping our communities safe and we will continue to do whatever work we can do to ensure that.”
Anyone with information or details that may assist officers with their ongoing enquiries are asked to call 101 quoting incident 2259 of 02/03/2024.
Alternatively, details can be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
