GMP officers would like to identify and speak to this person as they believe they have vital information that could help with the investigation.
Detective Constable Adnan Mehmood, from the local investigation department, said: “As this incident will still be fresh in the minds of those in the area at the time, we are now appealing for eye witness accounts to help us in our enquiries.
“We have specialist officers currently obtaining vital evidence from the scene to ensure we leave no stone unturned to find the person responsible.
“In addition to this, we have local patrols in place to offer a visible presence as we understand robberies can have a devastating impact on the victims and in this case the business too.
