Royton residents urged to be 'extra vigilant' after males are seen trying car doors

Suspicious activity has been reported in the Borrowdale Close area
Residents of an area of Royton have been warned to be 'extra vigilant' after police received reports of two males acting suspiciously in the early hours of yesterday (Tuesday).
A post on the GMP Royton and Shaw Facebook page read: "Be aware, suspicious activity - Borrowdale Close area, Royton
"Two males trying car doors and walking up driveways in the early hours of 14/05/24.
"Please be extra vigilant and remember to lock up and alarm your property.
"If you have CCTV / Ring Doorbell please check it regularly and report any suspicious activity by ringing 101."
