Man now charged with the murder of Oldham mum in Bradford

A man is due in court today charged with murder
West Yorkshire Police detectives investigating the murder of Oldham mum Kulsuma Akter in Bradford on Saturday (April 6) have charged a man with her murder.
Habibur Masum (aged 25), currently of Leamington Avenue in Burnley, has been charged with murder and possession of a bladed article.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court today (Thursday).
A 23-year-old man arrested in the Cheshire area on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released on bail.
Four other men were arrested in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire on suspicion of assisting an offender and drug offences.
The men, aged 23, 26, 28, and 29, from the West Midlands area, are currently in custody.

On Saturday afternoon, Kulsuma Akter was fatally stabbed in the neck while pushing her baby in a pram through the Westgate area of Bradford city centre.
The 27-year-old was pushing her baby in a pram when the attack took place at 3.20pm in Westgate at the junction with Drewton Road.
