Vincent murder - man charged and due in court today

Police officers attended and found a man, who has now been named as Vincent McDonagh, with a serious head injury
Detectives investigating the death of a 45-year-old man in Oldham have formally charged a man with his murder.
At around 11.55pm last Thursday (November 9), Greater Manchester Police were called to reports of a man unconscious in the street on Abbey Hills Road.
Officers attended and found a man, who has now been named as Vincent McDonagh, with a serious head injury.
Despite best efforts of the emergency services he tragically passed away a short time later.
Lee Francis Burns (aged 38), of Worsley Street in Oldham, has been charged with the murder of Vincent.
He has been remanded ahead of a court appearance at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Monday).
Vincent’s family described him as a ‘loving and devoted family man’ in a tribute to him:
GMP are appealing to anyone with information about this incident to make a report to police.
This includes anyone who may have relevant footage including CCTV, mobile or dashcam.
