Police recover two stolen vehicles

Police from the Waterhead and St James' neighbourhood team have recovered a stolen van and stolen car in two separate incidents this week.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page yesterday (Monday) read: "Whilst on patrol yesterday evening, PCSOs Sally Goddard and Joanna Haigh of the Waterhead and St James’ neighbourhood team found a stolen vehicle (see picture above).
"Before returning to the owner forensic examination will take place."
Meanwhile, a Facebook post this morning (Tuesday) read: "Whilst on patrol yesterday PCSOs Goddard and Haigh of the Waterhead and St James' neighbourhood team recovered a stolen motor vehicle (pictured above) which had been recently stolen from the Springhead area of Oldham."
