Oldham set for wall-to-wall sunshine this weekend
Date published: 01 June 2023
It was a very pleasant morning looking across Oldham Edge today (Thursday)
Oldham weather expert Jon Baylis is still abroad sunning himself at present, so it's a shorter than usual forecast ahead of the weekend.
It's a pleasant forecast, however, with more in the way of sunshine to continue, with fresh nights and high UV levels.
Today (Thursday): Again, we will have some cloud to burn off during the morning.
Jon expects this to happen a bit quicker than it did yesterday.
A north easterly breeze is in place but it's still very pleasant, once that sun makes an appearance.
Max 18-20°C.
Friday: Any early-cloud melts away to bring a lovely sunny day with a north-easterly breeze.
Max 20°C.
Weekend: Hopefully safe to say, wall-to-wall sunshine from the word go.
Still the north-easterly wind remains.
Max 21°C.
