New show homes were officially opened to the public by Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Elaine Garry.
Redrow’s latest development, Bishop Meadows, is located between Royton and Shaw and will eventually be home to more than 200 properties, five acres of green space and its own orchard.
The show homes The Chester, The Sunningdale and The Hampstead were opened by the mayor, which was followed by a launch weekend where around 70 visitors were able to tour around the home; as well as enjoy complimentary ‘sweet delights’ from a traditional sweet cart and ice cream trike.
“On behalf of all the team I would like to thank Mayor Elaine Garry for officially opening our show homes at Bishop Meadows,” said Sian Pitt, sales director at Redrow Lancashire.
“I would also like to thank everyone who attended our launch weekend, including the team from Property Perspective and RSC.
"The event was very well attended, with over 70 visitors, and the sun even came out to make our show homes look even more impressive!”
Homes at Bishop Meadows will all hail from Redrow’s Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection, in a range of three to five-bedroom designs from 1,081 sq ft to 1,855 sq ft.
