Milltown Alliance confirm latest support event
Date published: 10 January 2023
Just short of 200 people attended last month's event
Following the huge success of a similar event last month, and at the request of those that attended, Oldham West’s Primary Care Network (Milltown Alliance) are set to hold a further, hopefully bigger and brighter event, on Saturday, February 4.
This latest event will again be at the EIC at 79, Manchester Road in Oldham (11am - 2pm).
Tea and coffee will be available, and it will also coincide with their fortnightly foodbank.
A MillTown Alliance spokesperson said: "We plan for this again take a marketplace format to support our community through the winter.
"We want to be able to provide local people with information on all the services, groups and schemes that are accessible to help them through the cost of living crisis and what will be a very hard winter for many.
"We want to promote what is available and support people to navigate through the systems."
Milltown Alliance consists of:
Block Lane Surgery
Chadderton Medical Practice
CH Medical
Danson Family Practice
Littletown Family Practice
Kapur Family Practice
Werneth Medical Practice
Woodlands Medical Practice
