It was a life-changing evening for lucky Oldham resident Patricia Lowe when she scooped the £50,000 jackpot on the National Bingo Game at Mecca Bingo on King Street.
Patricia was enjoying an evening out at Mecca Bingo Oldham with friends when the evening took an exhilarating turn.
As she dabbed off the numbers, she soon found herself calling ‘house’ on the National Bingo Game.
A Mecca Bingo member for years, it’s the first time Patricia has ever won a prize this substantial.
When asked how she felt in the moment of her big jackpot win, Patricia said: “It was so overwhelming - I honestly couldn’t believe it! I still can’t!”
Ryan Jackson, general manager at Mecca Bingo Oldham, added: “It’s always an incredible occasion when someone calls house on the National Bingo Game.
"We’re absolutely ecstatic for the winner.
"The atmosphere in the club was brilliant, it’s an absolute pleasure to see bingo lovers win big – we’re so happy for her.”
Alastair Stewart, head of commercial operations at the National Bingo Game, said: “We are thrilled for the lucky National Bingo Game £50,000 Jackpot winner at Mecca Oldham and hope that she enjoys sharing and spending her winnings.
"We love making big winners, and it’s great to see a regular player win such a life-changing amount at bingo!”
