The learner parent is coming To Saddleworth!

Comedian and viral blogger Sam Avery
If you're a parent, thinking of becoming a parent, have firmly decided against the joys of parenthood or just enjoy a good old belly laugh, then this is the show for you.
Sam Avery needs to step up.
With two children looking to him for guidance, it’s high-time he evolved into the role model he always thought he’d be.
But he didn’t sleep well last night and being a hero is harder than it looks.
Plus, he forgot to put the bins out and now his wife hates him.
The Liverpudlian comedian, best selling author of 'The Confessions Of A Learner Parent' and viral blogger, brings his show to Off The Rails Comedy Club in Saddleworth on Sunday, November 27.
"I must have driven past Saddleworth on the M62 at least a million times, so I look forward to finally bringing my show there," said Sam.
In this side-splitting show, which has toured the UK since the start of the year, Sam focuses on the moments where he 'finds myself trying to explain to my seven year old twins why they should or shouldn't do something but realising I haven't got a clue myself'.
Sam explores what it means to be a role model in modern Britain, how the people he looked up to shaped his world, and how the struggle to help his kids find their moral compass often causes him to misplace his own.
Can you be a role model on four hour's sleep?
Can you mentor someone who thinks you’re a moron?
And how do you change the world if you can’t even clean your kitchen?
The show takes place at Saddleworth's Off The Rails Comedy Club on Sunday, November 27.
Tickets are priced at £12 and available online at: www.saddleworthcomedy.co.uk
