Inspirational Steve short-listed for another major award

Steve Hill
Inspirational Oldham teacher Steve Hill MBE has been short-listed for a prestigious This is Manchester 2022 award.
Steve, who oversees the Team Hill Charitable Trust, has been nominated in the 'Individual Making a Difference in the Community' category.
Earlier this year Steve - the Deputy Head at St Joseph's RC Primary School in Shaw - became a Platinum Champion to commemorate the Queen's Jubilee.
He also released a book about his life called 'What's Next Sir?'.
The Oldham adventurer has taken on some jaw dropping challenges over the last 13 years and managed to raise over £100,000 for various charities along the way.
There are 18 categories and awards up for grabs at the prestigious This is Manchester ceremony, including awards in hospitality, arts and culture, fashion, tech, sports and health.
The awards ceremony will take place at The Hilton Hotel, Deansgate, on November 3.
