Spindles Town Square shopping centre and Latics are joining forces this Saturday to offer shoppers a weekend of family fun and a chance to receive one of 200 pairs of match tickets.
Latics' Fun Day takes place on Saturday (September 3) from 11am to 3pm outside Next on the lower mall of the shopping centre.
The event will bring together a programme of craft workshops, face painters and character appearances from the Spindles Bear and Chaddy the Owl.
Alongside this, 200 lucky shoppers will receive a free pair of tickets to the upcoming Eastleigh match at Boundary Park on Saturday, September 17.
To be in with a chance of winning, simply attend the event between 11am and 2pm.
Councillor Amanda Chadderton, Leader of Oldham Council, said: “It’s great to see two of the borough's most popular institutions come together to create an event for residents.
“I hope everyone who attends has a great time and they continue to support the club over the coming season."
Darren Royle, Latics' chief executive, hinted that there was more to come from the partnership with Spindles Shopping Centre.
He said: “We are delighted to be working alongside Oldham Council and Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre to support our first Latics Fun Day.
“We have a long-standing tradition of being a family club and we look forward to welcoming families attending this event to Boundary Park.”
