Firstbus Greater Manchester have announced details of a recruitment drive to hire qualified and trainee bus drivers in Oldham.

The jobs are based at the depot on Walshaw Street in the town.

First Bus is the second largest regional bus operator in the UK with a fleet of approximately 5,000 buses.  They are owned by FirstGroup, who operate bus and train services both in the UK and North America.

Qualified PCV bus drivers (holding a PCV license for 2 years) will earn £12.40 per hour on a permanent contract of 38 hours per week. If you have held your license for less than 2 years you will be earning £10.19 per hour.
