Get along and see the JYSK mascot at the new Oldham store grand opening this Saturday
Oldhamers are invited to get along to the exciting grand opening of the brand new JYSK store at the Alexandra Retail Park.
JYSK – pronounced ‘yoosk’ – is an increasingly popular Scandinavian sleeping and living store.
The Danish home furniture specialist already boasts almost 3,000 stores in 52 countries worldwide, and now they’re coming to Oldham and you could win £250 to spend in store.
Lots of opening offers will be available for a limited time only – between this Saturday (7th) and Sunday, March 15.
Saturday’s grand opening day will feature free Danish breakfasts available between 9 and 10.30am, and Elliot from Revolution Breakfast will be there with the street team with giveaways.
Her Majesty the Queen (of Denmark) grants permission for JYSK to call itself ‘Purveyor to Her Majesty The Queen of Denmark’.
JYSK already has stores in Lincoln, Mansfield, York, Blackburn, Bolton, Swadlincote, Coventry, Pontefract, Grantham, Rotherham, Ellesmere Port, Chesterfield, Cannock, Dewsbury, Doncaster, Derby, St Helens, Bradford and Wakefield.
Seasoned Scandi retail store manager Natalie Waring will take the helm at Oldham’s new JYSK store.
The mum-of-four said: “Great style and quality partnered with incredible prices – thanks to JYSK’s global purchasing power – will go down really well in Oldham, which has long been on the company’s list for a store."
JYSK Oldham has created 10 new jobs.
