Raising funds for CRIBS International

The Shevan family children, who have fled Iraq and are now in Athens
After witnessing a refugee camp in Greece with her own eyes, Greenfield's Station Brew Cafe joint-owner Sophie Haywood is hosting a fund-raising initiative in conjunction with Sally Hyman from CRIBS International, a charity which provides homes for pregnant refugee women and those with babies in Athens.
Flats in Athens allow women to have a front door, a kitchen, a bed, cupboards, a bathroom, privacy and safety.
CRIBS International supports breastfeeding where possible and two local refugee volunteers help with language, legal and practical information.
It costs £20 per day for rent, bills and food.
Sophie and Sally are now seeking funds - raised through CRIBS with the support of the Station Brew Cafe - for Shevan Reemaz, Roshni and Yussuf to help secure their future in Europe.
The family are Kurds from Irbil in Iraq.
They escaped from persecution to end up in a squat in Athens.
When CRIBS first took them to their flat, they came with only the clothes they stood up in, unable to even bring blankets without threat of violence.
