TV genius Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett

The team at Mecca Oldham is calling out to local game show fans to try their luck against Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett, as the club is hosting an interactive quiz with the TV genius and ‘Chaser’.

The interactive quiz will take place at 9.30pm on Friday, May 11, with a prize of £500 up for grabs if ‘The Beast’ is conquered.

Bingo fans will be able to enjoy the usual early session from 6.30pm, after which the game will commence.

Tony Beverley, general manager at Mecca Oldham, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming locals into the club for what should be a fantastic quiz.

“Whether you want to play some bingo first or simply want to come and attempt to beat ‘The Beast’, there are options available for everyone.”

Taking part in the quiz alone will cost £5 and there are special food and drink options, including two meals for £8.95.

To attend a Mecca Club you need to be aged 18 years or over - please bring photo ID to prove you are over 18.
