Doctors were forced to cancel dozens of appointments following a gas leak at an NHS building on Tuesday morning.
In total five GP surgeries, as well as dental, podiatry and audiology services, were affected by the incident at Oldham Integrated Care Centre.
The facility was closed following a suspected gas leak.
Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) bosses said patients seeking the walk-in service were directed to either Ashton or the Royal Oldham Hospital - and that clinicians were on hand outside the centre in case of emergency.
They said: “A suspected gas leak was reported this morning, after which the teams at the Integrated Care Centre including the Walk in Service, gtd healthcare and five GP practices successfully activated their business continuity plans.
The centre reopened at 11am on Tuesday morning.
