Man left unconscious in nightclub toilets in Oldham

A man was left unconscious in the toilets of a nightclub in Oldham.
At around 2.20am on Saturday 2 December, a 34-year-old man had been in the toilets at Liquid & Envy nightclub before he was assaulted and left unconscious.
He was taken to hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
The victim suffered a fractured cheekbone with swelling and bruising to his face.
Detective Constable Ian Hope of GMP’s Oldham borough, said: “This was a nasty attack on an innocent man who was simply enjoying his Saturday night.
“He was left unconscious and with little recollection of the assault so we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to please get in touch.
“A man was left requiring hospital treatment as a result of this unprovoked attack and I would urge anyone that may have any information that could assist our investigation to please come forward.”
