Lilywhites in need of a victory boost

THE pressure is beginning to build on Mossley joint-managers Peter Band and Lloyd Morrison after a a troubling run of results in the Evo-Stik League Division One.
The Lilywhites have plummeted down the league table in recent weeks having lost four of their last five games, while they were crushed 7-2 at Hallmark Security League side Ashton Athletic in the FA Cup.
Tomorrow the Lilywhites travel to take on a Brighouse Town side who recently won the reverse fixture 4-0 at Seel Park.
Tom Dean and Danny McDonnell have been ruled out by hamstring injuries, while John Bennett begins a three-match suspension.
Meanwhile, Mossley's youngsters lost 3-2 at home to Hednesford Town in their opening Northern Premier League Academy Chryso Division game of the season.
Skipper Curtis Norris scored both goals for the hosts.
CHADDERTON could do also with a pick-me-up as they head to Whitchurch Alport in the Hallmark Security League First Division.
The Ark Fleetech Stadium outfit lost 2-1 at home to Silsden in midweek, a result which leaves Mark Howard's men in a disappointing 13th place in the table.
