SNOOKER: NORTH Chadderton ‘B’ recorded the perfect score in the Hollands Pies Oldham Amateur Snooker League.

After whitewashing St Paul’s 6-0, they inflicted a 4-0 defeat on the high-fliers on the cards table.

Martin Kennedy’s break of 31 in the first frame set them on their way, with S Mak, D Blacerzak, Y Khan and K Leach completing the rout.

Deaf ‘C’ notched a 5-1 victory at Springbank with the aid of a 34 break from S Clarke, and with Blue Club ‘A’ winning 4-2 at CBC, there is a three-way tie at the top of the snooker table.

There is a delegates meeting at Chadderton Reform on Sunday (12.30pm). All knock-out results are to be given to Craig Hall before this date.
