ROYTON have appointed their professional, Luke Procter, as team captain for the 2010 Lake Garage CLL season.
The 21-year-old had a superb 2009 campaign for the Paddock club, scoring 1,162 runs at an average of 55.33 and taking 79 wickets at 20.10.
Royton are also expecting the return of three players after spells away from the club.
Matthew Ward (Astley Bridge), Denny Hulme (Milnrow) and Gary Lees (Werneth) have each indicated they will be coming back to the Paddock.
