Springbank move to the top

SPRINGBANK have moved to the top of the ‘A’ Division in Chadderton Cot’s Inbev Bowling League following their 8-3 victory over New Street.
With Royle having an open date, Springbank took full advantage, Martin Hodson leading the way with a 21-8 success.
Chadderton Cot recorded their first victory of the season with a 6-5 verdict over Waterloo and Taunton, while Hopwood returned to winning ways with an 8-3 defeat of Nimble Nook.
Lees/Springhead continue to set a furious pace in the ‘B’ Division, making it five wins from as many matches with a 9-2 demolition of Failsworth.
