Hollinwood disappoint again

HOLLINWOOD'S disappointing start to the season continued with a 56-6 drubbing away at Underbank Rangers in division four.
Despite having four first-team regulars missing from the line-up, Hollinwood started the game positively and competed well in the first half.
The highlight of the game from the visitors' perspective was a length-of-field try from man-of-the-match Ian Hunt and at the break the score was respectable one at 18-6.
In the second half, though, it was one-way traffic and Underbank ran in 38 unanswered points.
"If it carries on like this it could be a long, hard season for us," said club official Fred Halliwell.
"There was very little difference in terms of footballing quality between the sides, but tackling let us down again and it is something we have to address."
Impressive alongside outstanding performer Hunt were the Johnson twins, Mark and Paul.
