CHADDERTON Juniors FC under-13s are firing on all cylinders in the Rochdale and Oldham Youth League.
They put nine past Chadderton Park without reply — Shaun Middleton (two), Liam Eadsforth (two), Bradley Humphreys, Jermaine Martin, Dan Javed, Harrison Grant and Adam Marsden were the marksmen — overcame Heywood Rangers 7-0.
Eadsforth helped himself to a four-goal haul, Middleton got two and Matt Goulding got the other.
UNBEATEN Springhead under-13s went a goal down against Rochdale St Clements, but fought back to win 3-1.
Will Revill initiated the recovery, equalising direct from a free-kick after Toby Ferguson was fouled.
Ferguson put Springhead in front and he also had a hand in the third when he was brought down inside the area. Dominic Shaw stroked home the resultant penalty.
HEYSIDE Juniors under-15s, with Jack Smith (two), Brian Tottah, Matthew Toop, Jordan Cooper and an own goal doing the damage, enjoyed a 6-2 victory over Chaddy Rangers.
The under-16s came from a goal down at the break to claim their first points of the season with a 3-1 win at Rochdale St Clement’s.
The home side deserved their lead but the introduction of Joe Bithell into the centre of midfield and a promising debut from Joe Freeman prompted goals from Bithell, Tom Shaw and Ryan Atkin.
HAT-TRICKS from Adam Crossman, Jack Johnson and Chris May spurred Crompton Villa under-13s to an emphatic 11-0 victory over Shawclough.
Harry Southern and Lewis Wood also found the net.
CHADDERTON Park under-12s registered an impressive 4-2 win at Prestwich after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Northside in midweek.
Three’n’easy for Dynamos
ELLIS Forshaw, Joe Connolly and James Hey were on target for 3D Dynamos under-12s, who overcame Kirkheaton 3-1 in the Huddersfield and District Junior League — but the under-16s lost 4-1 to Drighlington.
Elliot Fielding scored the consolation from the penalty spot.
UPPERMILL under-12s, in their first competitive match together, were beaten 6-1 by a more physical Pudsey side.
Five of the goals were scored from outside of the penalty area, but ’keeper Tom Goodwin wasn’t at fault for any of them.
The under-15s were edged out 6-5 by Greetland, while Joe Jackson netted for the under-17s, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Meltham.
