THE latest Oldham Primary Schools' Cross-Country Championship races were staged in favourable conditions at Chadderton Hall Park.
Hulme emerged victorious overall after winning three of the four age group categories - the Years Five and Six girls' and both the boys' Years Three and Four and Five and Six races.
St Matthew's triumphed in the Years Three and Four girls' event.

Years Three and Four girls: 1, St Matthew's; 2, Thorp; 3, St Chad's. Years Three and Four boys: 1,Hulme; 2, St Chad's; 3, Thorp. Years Five and Six girls: 1, Hulme; 2, St Matthew's; 3, Mills Hill. Years Five and Six boys: 1, Hulme; 2, Dobcross; 3, Mills Hill.
Overall: 1, Hulme; 2, Thorp; 3, Mills Hill.
