Talent show royalty in Union at QE Hall

IF “X Factor” and “Britain’s Got Talent” gets the family vote in your household, don’t forget you can all get to see boyband royalty Union J strutting their considerable stuff right here in Oldham on October 25.
“Union J Live” promises to be a special night at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, supported by Revolution 96.2.
Josh, JJ, Jaymi and George will be joined by fellow “X-Factor” favourites Only The Young, Scottish singer Talia Storm, upcoming American band Jagmac and “Britain’s Got Talent” star Henry Gallagher.

OLDHAM electro hopefuls Goda Tungl have released their new, five-track EP, “Zoo Bar”.
All self-penned, “Shabba”, “Lostboys”, “Drive”, “Rebirth” and “Teething” have been produced, mixed and mastered by Adam Briffa. Log into the band’s Soundcloud page for a listen.
Scott, Harrison, Tom and Sam have announced three gigs at which the tunes are sure to get an airing.
They play the Oxjam Manchester Takeover on October 3 at the Mono in Chorlton, then head to the Castle in Manchester’s Northern Quarter on October 17 for “A Carefully Planned Festival #5”, followed by the Zoo venue in Manchester on November 28.
FRESH from packing out the White Hart in Royton, The Frakes have also revealed via their Facebook page that they are set to release their debut EP very soon. The mod-influenced youngsters will be featured in-depth on this page very soon.
