Sweet and sour for Dunn
Date published: 07 December 2015
manager David Dunn was pleased with side’s commitment in the second-round tie.
DAVID Dunn was content with his side’s battling display at Bramall Lane, if not the result:
“The goal was a little sloppy for us to give away. But I can’t have too many complaints after last week. There were complaints about the desire and commitment we showed at Crewe, some of it fair, possibly some unfair.
“Here, I couldn’t question it one little bit. I was proud of the way we performed and the battling qualities you need to come to a place like this against a really good side. We were very unlucky not to at least get something out of the game.
“We had the better chances and hit a post in the first half. It was disappointing for us to concede - we had looked pretty solid all over the pitch.
