ATHLETIC have named Reuben Hazell as the club’s ambassador for an anti-racism initiative.
Kick It Out’s ‘One Game, One Community’ scheme takes place between October 15 and 27.
Events will be held at all 92 professional clubs, as well as those in Blue Square Premier and non-league.
Schools, universities, community and youth centres will also be involved in the venture.
DEAN BRILL achieved am unwanted first in Athletic’s home victory over Milton Keynes Dons.
The Athletic goalkeeper scored the first own goal of his career which has spanned 117 first-team games for Luton and Athletic.
Brill, a summer signing, had the misfortune of turning Ritchie Partridge’s shot on to a post, only for it to rebound off his head and into the net as he was still on the ground.
IT WILL be a costly day for Athletic fans intending to travel to Charlton on Saturday.
The cost of an adult ticket is £25, whether purchased in advance or by cash payment on the turnstiles at The Valley.
Over-60s will be charged £17 as will those aged between 18 and 21. Tickets for under-18s cost £5.
The cost of coach travel is £24 and all fans must be members of Latics Travel Group.
