Family History Research : Heirlooms : Bring and Share Your Stories We all have things that are important to us, because of their family connections, regardless of value, big or small. Join us for an informal meeting to share the stories behind some of the items we hold most dear. If you don't have an heirloom of your own to share, even so, please join us, to hear the stories. Instead of our usual audience-style seating, we will be pushing together the big tables, so that we can all sit round them and share in discussions. We would like to invite anyone who has an interest in both family and local history to join us for this meeting. Our normal charge of £5, for non-members, will be waived on this occasion. A library-only meeting in the Education Suite at Oldham Library. Refreshments on arrival, from 1:40pm. Booking not necessary ... just turn up. Please check back on the Branch programme page, on the website, for any last-minute changes, before travelling, especially if weather conditions are poor.
