Are you interested in filmmaking, learning how to shoot using professional equipment, and getting some hands-on knowledge of professional film editing software? We are offering FREE Zoom training in Film Making basics, followed by face-to-face sessions to let you get hands-on with some of our amazing equipment! As part of The Centre of Wellbeing, Training & Culture's Supporting Young People into the Media Sector project, we are offering 2 open sessions for young people aged 19 to 24! There are limited places available, so hurry and grab your spot! If you enjoy them, why not consider registering for our Free 8 Weeks (2 sessions per week), where you will gain access to all our topics, learning resources, valuable media and career development skills for those less experienced, and an Achievement Award Certificate at the end through Open Awards. And it’s all entirely FREE! No fees, even if you register for our full 8 weeks, as we are funded by BBC Children in Need and the Youth Futures Foundation. Help us help you in achieving your dream career. Our two sessions: Tuesday 20th July, 1pm–2pm Starting a Career in the Film Industry Using Film Equipment Lighting Techniques Wednesday 21st July, 1pm–2pm Using a Chroma Screen (greenscreen) Film Editing Book your session with us on Eventbrite completely Free! All you need is access to Zoom through a compatible PC or another device with working camera and audio.
