FWA creates an environment which appeals to all the different communities. FWA has increased opportunities for personal & social development for girls & women, increasing their prospect of educational success & enhancing aspirations. Through different training sessions & courses, FWA have managed to encourage & support a lot of young women's decisions to go into further education & increase their qualifications. FWA has continuously been involved in consutation with local women & networking with other agencies to design & run new training courses reflecting the needs of the community.
