Mumps memories come flooding back

SHANE Clegg was bowled over when he caught a glimpse of some familiar faces playing cricket in the old photograph at the Whitehouse Inn. He spotted the black and white snap on display and recognised his brothers — as youngsters — straight away. As a 15-year-old fielder, Alan Clegg (far left) and the late Barry Clegg (12) (second left) are pictured as their pal cleanly strikes the ball with a homemade bat.
