Scores chart NEET progress

ANNUAL scorecards will show how successful councils across the country are at boosting young people’s prospects.

In Oldham, 4.7 per cent of young people are Not in Education, Employment or Training - in line with the national average and better than Manchester.

The scorecards will be published every summer and will cover 16 to 19-year-olds, rating council performance in a number of areas.
