Cycle Club Oldham is celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer and its members are inviting Oldhamers to come for a ride to help celebrate.
The club recently founded the Oldham Cycling Co-operative, to provide more cycling opportunities across the borough. The co-op brings together Cycle Club Oldham, Adventure Based Learning and Oldham Wheels for All, with links to district partnership groups and local businesses.
Jason Bromley, founder of Cycle Club Oldham, said: “This is a fantastic time for people to get into cycling and there’s so much to tap into locally that can improve your physical, mental and social health.
“The cycling co-op can offer different-level rides over the summer, with bikes to borrow as always. We even have a cycle trailer, so we can bring cycle rides and training to your door should a family or group be interested.”
