Grotton Residents’ Association’s Grotton Gala returns on September 12, from 11am-3pm at The Pavilion, Station Road, Grotton.

There will be mini steam train rides, a bouncy slide, face painting, children’s games, cake stalls and much more.

ANYONE aged 50 or over is invited to join Age UK for a scenic stroll every Tuesday afternoon from 2pm. The dementia-friendly strolls will take place in Uppermill with the group meeting at the side of Warburton Court, just off Uppermill High Street, and take a short route finishing back at Warburton Court.
