Men charged with robbery

TWO men have been charged following an armed robbery at a betting shop in Oldham.
Abdul Azim Motin (19), of Eden Street, Oldham, and Rajwan Hakim (18), of Links Way, Chadderton, were both charged with robbery.
They appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and the case was referred to Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester. They were remanded in custody until April 21.
The alleged robbery took place at the Ladbrokes shop in Featherstall Road North on February 5.
At about 10am, a member of staff was getting ready to open the shop when three robbers forced their way in.
