The office has a daily cleaning service, and there is access to a kitchen, containing microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The building is located on Henshaw Street, within walking distance to Oldham town centre, and public transport.

Tenants will have access to Studio Four, a modern, unique meeting and events area.  Catering available on request.
