Isaan pair do the business in Liverpool

Two talented young fighters from the Isaan Muay Thai training centre in Oldham were in terrific form as they fought in Liverpool on the latest Alliance Fight League promotion.

Tommy Lowe from Greenacres and Jac Yates from Chadderton both emerged with exceptional victories.

First up was 12-year-old Jac, who fought Damon Edwards from Thai Fist.

This was a great bout with Damon pushing Jac all the way, but Jac just scored that bit better with knees through the middle, earning him a well-deserved win.

Next up was 17-year-old Tommy against the excellent Luke Martindale from MMA Academy in Liverpool.

This was a wicked technical fight and was pretty even going into round three.

However, Tommy scored well with his knees, pulling away In rounds 4-5, putting on a Muay Kao masterclass over five rounds to take a well-deserved victory.

Isaan Head Coach Stephen Donnelly said: "Both of these lads are now boxing to order and doing the things we practice in the gym, which is great to see.

"The talent that Isaan is turning out is superb - they're all home grown kids from Oldham doing fantastic things.

"I’m a very proud coach."
