Are you the best heating installer in Oldham?

Entries are now open for the regional heats of the Heating Installer Awards 2024, as the competition returns for its ninth year to once again search for the best installers in the UK.

The awards endeavour to bring recognition to those within the heating industry that often go unnoticed, despite their incredibly hard work and dedication to excellent customer service.

In previous years, the North West has seen some incredible winners, helping installers promote their business, gain new customers and make connections with some of the biggest industry brands.

Nick Irlam from Bolton-Le-Sands and Phillip Metcalf from Lancaster, are perfect examples of outstanding installers who have been recognised by the awards due to their customer service, excellent installations and commitment to providing the best products.

Regional winners will have the opportunity to meet with industry professionals and network with influential businesses at the highly anticipated regional event, which takes place before the announcement of the national winner.

Winners will receive prizes from a bundle worth over £10,000 courtesy of the award’s sponsors and partners.

This year, the awards are bigger than ever before, with the addition of a brand-new award and growth in the sustainability category.

Along with the regional winners competing for the National award, the awards will now recognise five special category winners:

Rising Star – especially for the industry’s best apprentices and next generation of Heating Installers.

HVAC Installer of the Year – for installers who have delivered a system to customers that not only heats but also cools their home and improves air quality and ventilation.

Most Sustainable Installer North – to recognise those who are doing everything they can to minimise the impact of their work on the environment in the North.

Supported by CIPHE, Installer Online, The IPG, Polypipe, Refresh PR, Samsung Climate Solutions and Stelrad, the awards are completely free to enter and give heating installers a unique opportunity to showcase a project that demonstrates not only fantastic results, but clever product selection, great customer service and technical expertise to potential clients.

After entries close in February 2024, an expert judging panel made up of industry professionals will gather to mark the best entries and specialist categories.

The champion of North West’s region will then go up against all of the other regional winners, with the prestigious National Heating Installer Awards winner 2024 being decided by a combination of judges’ scores, independently reviewed technical challenges and a public vote.
