For many businesses the prospect of running their fleet of vehicles on electricity still seems to be something for the future, well now that future has become a reality with one company offering the chance to show off what electric vehicles can do for business.

On Tuesday, 18th June, Transport for Greater Manchester are hosting Go electric at the Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale with businesses from across the region, including in Oldham, being given the chance to have their questions answered regarding the benefits of electric vehicles.

From cars to vans the range of energy efficient vehicles has grown in recent years meaning there is probably the right one out there for a whole range of businesses and you’ll be doing your bit for the environment at the same time.

There will also be talks on the financial benefits of converting your fleet to electric.

The event will also offer delegates the chance to try out the vehicles on offer so you can test drive them for yourself.

The event is being held at Unit K216, Kingsway Business Park, Sir Issac Newton Way, Rochdale on Tuesday 18th June.

Workshops are available from 9.30am to 10.45am with test drives on offer from 11am to 2pm.

You can register for the free event, which will also have free food available, by clicking here.
